Here is a foundation repair we did in Neenah. On this job we used the Grip-Tite® Anchor System as well as our Beam System to stabilize the wall. The client also had a leaking block wall on one side due to cracks that required excavation with subsequent Exterior Waterproofing.
Here’s a project we completed last week. The customer needed two walls excavated and straightened. We also waterproofed them from the exterior and installed new drain tile, we then back filled with crushed stone to relieve the pressure on the foundation walls and provide good drainage. The walls were stabilized with steel beams to guarantee the problem does not return. Now they’ve got a dry basement and the walls are straightened and secure.
We straightened the foundation wall, stabilized it with anchors, and waterproofed the exterior of the basement
At this home we excavated 2 walls. We straightened both walls. Waterproofed both walls from the exterior and also stabilized both walls with our support beams.
At this home is Fond Du Lac, we excavated 4 walls of this foundation. The walls were bowing in due to the pressure of the expansive clay soils, so we mainly stabilized the walls with adjustable support beams. We also used Grip Tite wall anchors in some areas of the project. We straightened the walls with our Jack Back system and the exterior of the walls were sealed with Mel Rol which is a 60 Mil Rubber liner. After the Mel Rol is installed the foundation is then wrapped with another water proofing material, DXM foundation wrap, Which is plastic dimple board system. New 4″ drain tile is installed along the footing and tied properly into our new sealed sump pump system. After the walls are waterproofed and stabilized they are back filled 80% up to grade with 3/4″ clear stone and topsoil is installed and raised to have a positive pitch from the foundation.
