Zeb Bayer

Zeb has 21 years of experience in the foundation repair industry. He is a friendly fellow that cares about his customers. You'll usually find Zeb running one of the structural repair crews. A family-driven man with a wife and four kids, Zeb is also passionate about rugby and enjoys playing in his spare time. He also works closely with Youth Rugby in the local area.

Nick Vande Burgt

Co-Owner

Nick has been in the construction industry for 21 years. He is a customer-focused leader who strives to complete each project professionally and on time. You will see Nick running one of the structural repair crews. He is very talented with heavy machinery. Nick has a wife and two kids and enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family.

Ashley Bayer

When you call our office, Ashley is most likely the one answering the phone. She is hard working and very task oriented. She loves spending time with her family, camping, and exploring new places. You probably won’t see her much, but you do get to talk to her when scheduling service.

Heather Vande Burgt

Accounting and Human Resources

Heather is the unsung office hero! she handles all the finance and legal paperwork nobody else wants to do. She is married to Nick with two kids. You won’t see her out and about, but she is an essential individual.

Dana McClain

When you call the office, you will most likely be speaking with Dana if you aren't speaking with Ashley. She is an excellent addition to our team with her friendly voice and her drive to assist our customers.

Vince Hopkins

Structural Designer

Vince Came to B & B with 21 years of experience designing foundation repair systems. Vince has been with the B&B team for 7 years now. Vince is service driven and strives to ensure his customers are well taken care of. He is honest and up-front with his customers and has a contagious personality. He is also a family man who enjoys summer camping and spending time outdoors.

Phillip Bohman

He has been with B & B Basement Repairs for 5 years, with over ten years of experience in customer service and complete training in diagnosing foundation issues and designing repair systems. He is extremely friendly and honest. As with many of our employees, he is a family-driven man with a wife and three great kids. He loves to spend time with his family and play rugby.

Joe Shipman

System Designer

Joe has been with B & B for 3 years, and he came to us with over 20 years of experience in the foundation repair industry. Joe is a proud father of two girls. He is honest and driven by customer service. We are happy to have Joe on our team!

Scott Verstagen

Scott has been designing systems for us for 3 years now. Scott was part of our installation crews when he started with B & B and also did service for us after his time as an installer. Now with his experience and knowledge, he is designing repair systems for us!

Mario Navaretti

Service Manager

Mario has been with B&B for 2 years and has over 10 years of experience in the foundation repair industry. He is highly trained in structural repair and waterproofing.  This is why he was promoted to service manager.

Miguel Izarrarz

Miguel has been a Foreman for B & B for over a year. He has over 15 years in the foundation industry, and we are incredibly fortunate to have him join our team. His work ethic and knowledge have allowed us to grow and continue our dedication to quality craftsmanship.

Jon Steinberg

Structural Foreman

Jon has six years of experience in the foundation repair industry. He is proving to be a leader for our company. Jon is training to be a structural foreman for B & B soon. He is happily married with his first child on the way. You will see Jon with our crew on our job sites.

Jose Ignacio "Nacho"

Nacho has been with B&B for 6 years and has been a foreman with our team since the start.  He comes to us with over 14 years of experience prior.

Jose Nigel

Installer

Jose has been with B & B for two years and proves his value to the team daily. A kind and respectful family man with a wife and his third child on the way, Jose treats his customers and their property with respect. He is training to one day be a foreman for B & B, and we are proud to have him on our team.

Armandow Ordonez

You’ll see Armandow with the crew working on job sites. He has 14 years of experience in foundation repair and always strives to be the best. He is an outstanding employee, and we are lucky and grateful to have him on our team.

Jason Oskey

Installer

Jason came to us with five years of experience repairing foundations. His focus is on service and customer satisfaction. A happy, go-lucky individual, Jason loves all kinds of games. Whether board games or video games, you can often catch him playing something. You can typically find him with his wife when you can get him away from his gaming.

John Jr. Kersher "JJ"

JJ is one of our commercial and structural installers. He has been with B & B for over three years, and with his years of heavy equipment operation experience, he has proven invaluable to our team. You will often see him driving equipment or hauling material in one of our dump trucks.

Elias Sierra

Installer

Elias has been with us for two years. He helps on the structural crews as well as our water crews.

Luis Sotelo

Luis has been with us for two years, and he came to us with years of experience in the foundation repair industry. He is primarily on our water crews, and his fun-loving personality is contagious.

Tad Asher

Installer

Tad has been with us for over a year. We are extremely fortunate to have him on our team! He is a well organized individual with a great attitude!

Sean Behm

Sean joined us last year. He is our greenhorn in training.
