John, Jason and JJ worked on our basement project. They explained everything that was to be done and multiple times asked if we had any questions and were open to any question. They put down material as not to track dirt into the house and also put plywood down to protect the grass, especially since it had been and was raining during the project. They had me check out the basement and outside before they left to make sure everything was satisfactory.

I am a realtor and when my clients have a basement issue, B and B basement is the first one I have them call. They have always been pleased with B and B’s work. We recently moved back to Waupaca, and needed our basement windows replaced. We also needed a large access opening created in our unfinished basement. We worked with Joe until we found a solution. The crew that came out to do the work was awesome. They were friendly and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. Jon Steinberg, the foreman was knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were priced right. These guys are a locally owned family business. They will treat you right.

My wife and I are SO grateful we found B&B Basement Repairs! Vince was great and helped explain a lot of things for us at the first visit (including the conservative, smart way to fix a small crack and occasional leak in our basement foundation -which is what we opted to do, along with a battery back-up sump pump system). We're happy to see that things have been staying dry after all the recent spring rain! I really feel you can trust recommendations from B&B. There was another company who wanted to charge us more than 10 times as much, and do a lot of unnecessary work. So glad we got another opinion! These guys actually care and want to help! Crawlspace renovation including excavation, center support beam, cinder block walls constructed on cement footing, encapsulation, backfill with topsoil. These guys do it all professionally, courteously, on time and on budget. Sr Designer Joe S was w/us from start to finish. We have used B&B for an in ground drainage system with a new sump pump for our basement, as well as having them install an egress window! The owner, sales guy, and entire crew for both jobs were pleasant to work with, had excellent communication, left the area cleaned up, were very efficient and on time, and were very professional overall. We will continue to be returning customers for future home remodeling projects. I absolutely HIGHLY recommend them for all home needs within their scope!

I would give B&B 5+ stars. They presented this huge project clearly & totally delivered. We’ve lived in a newly built condo for nearly 6 yrs. with multiple (at least 15) deep ground water floods, as builder should not have dug basements here. Years of stress (floods ranging from 7”-26 1/2”) are now behind us as we move forward in retirement. The crew was pleasant and some of the hardest workers we’ve seen. All was cleaned up and the finished product of filling a 1,640 sq. ft. basement with tons of stone, followed by dimple board and encapsulation looks clean and exactly as the pictures we saw of the final product. The owners were on the job and all was supervised and inspected when done. A great company. Thank you B&B for caring enough to rescue us from this nightmare!
