They also went above and beyond with customer service and were very honest. The day of the installation it was noticed boxed wall outlets with metal connections would prevent the installation of the beams on one wall. We assumed the worst but B&B had an electrician come in AT THEIR EXPENSE and reroute the connections. Top notch service.
