B&B Basement Services

I am a realtor and when my clients have a basement issue, B and B basement is the first one I have them call. They have always been pleased with B and B’s work. We recently moved back to Waupaca, and needed our basement windows replaced. We also needed a large access opening created in our unfinished basement. We worked with Joe until we found a solution. The crew that came out to do the work was awesome. They were friendly and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. Jon Steinberg, the foreman was knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were priced right. These guys are a locally owned family business. They will treat you right.

B&B Basement came to our rescue. We had a unique situation and several companies would not even bid on the job. One company did commit to fixing but after booking us 3 months out, they showed up and backed out. We had only looked locally and were hesitant to look outside of Wausau. But B&B saved us. They came in and suggested options that no one else even thought of. And their quote was lower than the company that backed out. They showed up on time with plenty of help. We had about 4 different situations going on in our house at the same time. Each one was addressed every day and they finished the jobs in the time frame promised to us. Phil and Zeb, the owner, took a look at our basement, and they took all sorts of measurements, very thorough. They were able to explain what was going on and ultimately told me that I didn't need to do any major foundation repairs. Super honest, nice guys, if I do ever need any basement repairs, they will be the only call I make!

Crawlspace renovation including excavation, center support beam, cinder block walls constructed on cement footing, encapsulation, backfill with topsoil. These guys do it all professionally, courteously, on time and on budget. Sr Designer Joe S was w/us from start to finish.
