We have used B&B for an in ground drainage system with a new sump pump for our basement, as well as having them install an egress window! The owner, sales guy, and entire crew for both jobs were pleasant to work with, had excellent communication, left the area cleaned up, were very efficient and on time, and were very professional overall. We will continue to be returning customers for future home remodeling projects. I absolutely HIGHLY recommend them for all home needs within their scope!

You’ll want to call B&B if you have basement needs. We needed our basement walls reinforced. Not only did they offer the best price; they provided a guaranteed and quality product. They also went above and beyond with customer service and were very honest. The day of the installation it was noticed boxed wall outlets with metal connections would prevent the installation of the beams on one wall. We assumed the worst but B&B had an electrician come in AT THEIR EXPENSE and reroute the connections. Top notch service.

John, Jason and JJ worked on our basement project. They explained everything that was to be done and multiple times asked if we had any questions and were open to any question. They put down material as not to track dirt into the house and also put plywood down to protect the grass, especially since it had been and was raining during the project. They had me check out the basement and outside before they left to make sure everything was satisfactory.

The people were top of the line the whole way. Got scheduled for a quote quickly and was kept informed of the status of the process at all times. Things were explained so I knew what I could expect. What I couldn't have foreseen was how great it turned out! Nacho and his crew did a fantastic job. From a crumbling rock cave to a craft area that doesn't scare me! They were professional, and fast and cleaned up as well as anyone could after they finished.

Phil and Zeb, the owner, took a look at our basement, and they took all sorts of measurements, very thorough. They were able to explain what was going on and ultimately told me that I didn't need to do any major foundation repairs. Super honest, nice guys, if I do ever need any basement repairs, they will be the only call I make!

We had our foundation walls and joists replaced and rebuilt, and insulated and encapsulated our entire basement/crawl space area on our home. The crew just left and I could not be more happy with their work, professionalism and work ethic. Jon was an excellent communicator and foreperson. The crew showed up on time, their work was detailed and to a standard of perfection, and afterward they even cleaned up the yard to the point where I can barely tell they just had heavy equipment running around the building and digging up the foundation for two weeks. Everyone was extremely friendly. Jon routinely showed me the work and what they were doing. The whole process from start to finish was really impressive. With Phil, in that first meeting with us explaining exactly what needed to be fixed, and even giving us a textbook about the industry standards for the work that we should expect from them. To Heather, in the office, who was an excellent and prompt communicator about payment, questions, and the permit process. Zero complaints, I would recommend this company to my closest friends and family, or anyone looking for a quality company to do quality work. Thanks everyone for such a great experience!

They worked fast and efficiently and kept me informed throughout the job, clean up was perfect, they even informed me of a concern with a support beam and took a picture so I could see for myself as it was in the back area.
