You’ll want to call B&B if you have basement needs. We needed our basement walls reinforced. Not only did they offer the best price; they provided a guaranteed and quality product. They also went above and beyond with customer service and were very honest. The day of the installation it was noticed boxed wall outlets with metal connections would prevent the installation of the beams on one wall. We assumed the worst but B&B had an electrician come in AT THEIR EXPENSE and reroute the connections. Top notch service.

They did a great job on my basement wall I needed done in order to move into my new home. They were very responsive throughout the process and the quality of their work is great. No complaints except the team that fixed my wall should work on their singing voices. 😉

B & B sent Team Nacho over to encapsulate my crawlspace and they were awesome! They worked fast and efficiently and kept me informed throughout the job, clean up was perfect, they even informed me of a concern with a support beam and took a picture so I could see for myself as it was in the back area. B&B Basement came to our rescue. We had a unique situation and several companies would not even bid on the job. One company did commit to fixing but after booking us 3 months out, they showed up and backed out. We had only looked locally and were hesitant to look outside of Wausau. But B&B saved us. They came in and suggested options that no one else even thought of. And their quote was lower than the company that backed out. They showed up on time with plenty of help. We had about 4 different situations going on in our house at the same time. Each one was addressed every day and they finished the jobs in the time frame promised to us.
