Zeb stopped out for an estimate and was very friendly. He had the B&B crew come out in a timely fashion to seal our new construction basement. They worked fast and were tidy! Definitely recommend!

Awesome company to do business with. Communication and explanation of services provided left no doubt about what needed to be done. No pressure tactics. The crew they sent to encapsulate our 123 year old crawlspace, install the basement drainage system, 8 Bigboy jacks, and tuckpoint part of our fieldstone foundation was equally awesome. They kept the area very clean and had a positive attitude throughout the job. This company is a joy to do business with.

I am a realtor and when my clients have a basement issue, B and B basement is the first one I have them call. They have always been pleased with B and B’s work. We recently moved back to Waupaca, and needed our basement windows replaced. We also needed a large access opening created in our unfinished basement. We worked with Joe until we found a solution. The crew that came out to do the work was awesome. They were friendly and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. Jon Steinberg, the foreman was knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were priced right. These guys are a locally owned family business. They will treat you right.

Crawlspace renovation including excavation, center support beam, cinder block walls constructed on cement footing, encapsulation, backfill with topsoil. These guys do it all professionally, courteously, on time and on budget. Sr Designer Joe S was w/us from start to finish. John, Jason and JJ worked on our basement project. They explained everything that was to be done and multiple times asked if we had any questions and were open to any question. They put down material as not to track dirt into the house and also put plywood down to protect the grass, especially since it had been and was raining during the project. They had me check out the basement and outside before they left to make sure everything was satisfactory.

We have used B&B for an in ground drainage system with a new sump pump for our basement, as well as having them install an egress window! The owner, sales guy, and entire crew for both jobs were pleasant to work with, had excellent communication, left the area cleaned up, were very efficient and on time, and were very professional overall. We will continue to be returning customers for future home remodeling projects. I absolutely HIGHLY recommend them for all home needs within their scope!

B & B sent Team Nacho over to encapsulate my crawlspace and they were awesome! They worked fast and efficiently and kept me informed throughout the job, clean up was perfect, they even informed me of a concern with a support beam and took a picture so I could see for myself as it was in the back area. Great crew, singing to the Mariachi music I put on for them, laughing and having fun. Fully recommend them as they did a great job. Thank you B & B and team Nacho!
