Genuinely outstanding experience all around. The estimate process was quick and painless, and their backend is all digital, so I was able to view and track the whole process from quote to final invoice online. The foreman and crew who did the work were top notch. Even though this was a (relatively speaking) smaller project, a number of unexpected issues arose as interior paneling was removed, and so on, and the crew were able to pivot and make changes from the original plan without any problems. Communication throughout was outstanding. This strikes me as a professional, experienced, and cost-competitive company. Highly recommended. (We had three wall leaks; all three were handled through their interior leak solutions, which have been working great!)

Fabulous crew. Got in on time done on time class “A” job. They explained everything they did the work flawlessly and completely cleaned up the yard. 100% impressed and no I am not as paid spokesman. Just a very satisfied customer.

Good communication, prompt scheduling, and quality work

Excellent customer service! We had foundation braces installed, and the Product Manager, Jon Steinberg, recently came to our home to service them. Jon was outstanding - he took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions, explain the process and background behind the system, and provide helpful visual examples so we fully understood everything. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous in his work. It's rare to find someone who is both technically skilled and so committed to making sure the customer feels informed and comfortable. We were extremely impressed with the level of service and support we received. I highly recommend this company, and Jon in particular, to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer care.

Our experience with B&B Basement Repairs was great. The guys worked hard to get our project done and even stayed late a few times. The work that they did was outstanding. Explained any issues along rhe way and let us know upfront what any additional costs would be. They went above and beyond our expectations. They were very respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves. We pray we never have to hire them again but would not hesitate to do so. From start to finish, the customer service and work was superb. Thank you so much for all your hard work.
