Awesome company to do business with. Communication and explanation of services provided left no doubt about what needed to be done. No pressure tactics. The crew they sent to encapsulate our 123 year old crawlspace, install the basement drainage system, 8 Bigboy jacks, and tuckpoint part of our fieldstone foundation was equally awesome. They kept the area very clean and had a positive attitude throughout the job. This company is a joy to do business with.

I want to rate the Stein team a 10 plus! These guys were constantly doing something! They knew exactly what they were doing and did it very well! They would constantly listen to the other crew members if they needed a tool someone was always right there to help each other out! They always kept things neat and tidy as they went along! No matter how messy the job got they always had it under control! Happy and got along with each other! They always had a knowledgeable answer to all questions I had! They explained everything to me. They encouraged us to take pictures also. They didn’t care if we watched them like my wife and I were intrigued by everything they were doing. We thank them for that. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am a realtor and when my clients have a basement issue, B and B basement is the first one I have them call. They have always been please with B and B’s work. We recently moved back to Waupaca, and needed our basement windows replaced. We also needed a large access opening created in our unfinished basement. We worked with Joe until we found a solution. The crew that came out to do the work was awesome. They were friendly and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. Jon Steinberg, the foreman was knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were priced right. These guys are a locally owned family business. They will treat you right.
