Adjustable Support Beams
Adjustable Support Beams are primarily used on walls that are just starting to bow inward. Many times the walls just need a little extra help holding back the soil pressure. When walls start to crack and lean. It is best to call right away. It can many times save you a good chunk of change if your wall isn’t too far in already. General rule of thumb if you have a wall bowing in past the 1.5″ inch mark. Especially a block foundation wall. It may need Wall Anchors at that point. If you have a wall bowing past the 2.5″ mark it most likely will need to be excavated and straightened back to its original position or as close as we can get it. And then have Adjustable Support Beams installed to guarantee it doesn’t happen again.
