John, Jason and JJ worked on our basement project. They explained everything that was to be done and multiple times asked if we had any questions and were open to any question. They put down material as not to track dirt into the house and also put plywood down to protect the grass, especially since it had been and was raining during the project. They had me check out the basement and outside before they left to make sure everything was satisfactory.

My wife and I are SO grateful we found B&B Basement Repairs! Vince was great and helped explain a lot of things for us at the first visit (including the conservative, smart way to fix a small crack and occasional leak in our basement foundation -which is what we opted to do, along with a battery back-up sump pump system). We're happy to see that things have been staying dry after all the recent spring rain! I really feel you can trust recommendations from B&B. There was another company who wanted to charge us more than 10 times as much, and do a lot of unnecessary work. So glad we got another opinion! These guys actually care and want to help! The people were top of the line the whole way. Got scheduled for a quote quickly and was kept informed of the status of the process at all times. Things were explained so I knew what I could expect. What I couldn't have foreseen was how great it turned out! Nacho and his crew did a fantastic job. From a crumbling rock cave to a craft area that doesn't scare me! They were professional, and fast and cleaned up as well as anyone could after they finished.

Phil and Zeb, the owner, took a look at our basement, and they took all sorts of measurements, very thorough. They were able to explain what was going on and ultimately told me that I didn't need to do any major foundation repairs. Super honest, nice guys, if I do ever need any basement repairs, they will be the only call I make!

B & B sent Team Nacho over to encapsulate my crawlspace and they were awesome! They worked fast and efficiently and kept me informed throughout the job, clean up was perfect, they even informed me of a concern with a support beam and took a picture so I could see for myself as it was in the back area. Great crew, singing to the Mariachi music I put on for them, laughing and having fun. Fully recommend them as they did a great job. Thank you B & B and team Nacho!

I am a realtor and when my clients have a basement issue, B and B basement is the first one I have them call. They have always been please with B and B’s work. We recently moved back to Waupaca, and needed our basement windows replaced. We also needed a large access opening created in our unfinished basement. We worked with Joe until we found a solution. The crew that came out to do the work was awesome. They were friendly and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. Jon Steinberg, the foreman was knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were priced right. These guys are a locally owned family business. They will treat you right.

We had our foundation walls and joists replaced and rebuilt, and insulated and encapsulated our entire basement/crawl space area on our home. The crew just left and I could not be more happy with their work, professionalism and work ethic. Jon was an excellent communicator and foreperson. The crew showed up on time, their work was detailed and to a standard of perfection, and afterward they even cleaned up the yard to the point where I can barely tell they just had heavy equipment running around the building and digging up the foundation for two weeks. Everyone was extremely friendly. Jon routinely showed me the work and what they were doing. The whole process from start to finish was really impressive. With Phil, in that first meeting with us explaining exactly what needed to be fixed, and even giving us a textbook about the industry standards for the work that we should expect from them. To Heather, in the office, who was an excellent and prompt communicator about payment, questions, and the permit process. Zero complaints, I would recommend this company to my closest friends and family, or anyone looking for a quality company to do quality work. Thanks everyone for such a great experience!
