I am a realtor and when my clients have a basement issue, B and B basement is the first one I have them call. They have always been pleased with B and B’s work. We recently moved back to Waupaca, and needed our basement windows replaced. We also needed a large access opening created in our unfinished basement. We worked with Joe until we found a solution. The crew that came out to do the work was awesome. They were friendly and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. Jon Steinberg, the foreman was knowledgeable and easy to work with. You’ll want to call B&B if you have basement needs. We needed our basement walls reinforced. Not only did they offer the best price; they provided a guaranteed and quality product. They also went above and beyond with customer service and were very honest. The day of the installation it was noticed boxed wall outlets with metal connections would prevent the installation of the beams on one wall. We assumed the worst but B&B had an electrician come in AT THEIR EXPENSE and reroute the connections. Top notch service.

We had our foundation walls and joists replaced and rebuilt, and insulated and encapsulated our entire basement/crawl space area on our home. The crew just left and I could not be more happy with their work, professionalism and work ethic. Jon was an excellent communicator and foreperson. The crew showed up on time, their work was detailed and to a standard of perfection, and afterward they even cleaned up the yard to the point where I can barely tell they just had heavy equipment running around the building and digging up the foundation for two weeks. Everyone was extremely friendly. Jon routinely showed me the work and what they were doing. The whole process from start to finish was really impressive. With Phil, in that first meeting with us explaining exactly what needed to be fixed, and even giving us a textbook about the industry standards for the work that we should expect from them. To Heather, in the office, who was an excellent and prompt communicator about payment, questions, and the permit process. B&B Basement came to our rescue. We had a unique situation and several companies would not even bid on the job. One company did commit to fixing but after booking us 3 months out, they showed up and backed out. We had only looked locally and were hesitant to look outside of Wausau. But B&B saved us. They came in and suggested options that no one else even thought of. And their quote was lower than the company that backed out. They showed up on time with plenty of help. We had about 4 different situations going on in our house at the same time. Each one was addressed every day and they finished the jobs in the time frame promised to us. Phil and Zeb, the owner, took a look at our basement, and they took all sorts of measurements, very thorough. They were able to explain what was going on and ultimately told me that I didn't need to do any major foundation repairs.
